Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh green beans, washed and trimmed
- 8-10 slices of bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- Toothpicks, soaked in water for 15-20 minutes
Instructions:
- Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare Green Beans:
- Wash and trim the ends of the green beans.
- Blanch Green Beans:
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the green beans for 2-3 minutes. This helps soften them slightly.
- Wrap with Bacon:
- Take a small bundle of green beans (about 8-10 beans) and wrap a slice of bacon around them, securing the bacon with a soaked toothpick. Repeat for the remaining bundles.
- Season:
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Brush this mixture over the bacon-wrapped green bean bundles.
- Air Fry:
