2. Build the Layers:

• Toast sourdough bread slices.
• Layer turkey, crispy bacon, avocado slices, lettuce, and tomato.

3. Spread Mayo:

• Spread a generous layer of mayonnaise on the other slice of bread.

4. Create the Sandwich:

• Bring both slices together to form a California Turkey Club Sandwich.

5. Serve:

• Cut in half diagonally for a delightful presentation.
