These Mahomes' Magic Pigskin Poppers are sure to score big at your Super Bowl party, blending the spirit of Kansas City with the excitement of game day!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (preferably Kansas City style)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package of egg roll wrappers
- Olive oil spray
Instructions:
Preheat and Prep: Set your air fryer to 375°F. In a bowl, mix together the ground pork, BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, chopped onions, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
