Wok-Crafted Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry Soup

Ingredients:
1 lb beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized cubes
6 cups rich beef broth
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 large red bell pepper, thinly julienned
1 cup snap peas, halved lengthwise
3 green onions, finely sliced
4 oz rice noodles
3 tablespoons soy sauce, preferably low-sodium
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, finely minced

Instructions:
- Begin by heating your wok over medium-high heat. Once hot, add a small amount of cooking oil, swirling to coat the surface. Add the cubed beef sirloin to the wok, spreading it evenly. Let the beef sear undisturbed for a minute before stir-frying. Continue to cook until the beef is well-browned on all sides, but not fully cooked through. This step is crucial for locking in the beef's juices. Remove the beef from the wok and set aside on a plate.
- In the same wok, add a bit more oil if needed. Sauté the minced ginger and sliced green onions for about a minute, or until fragrant. This step will infuse the oil with their flavors, creating a flavorful base for your soup.
- Add the broccoli florets, julienned red bell pepper, and halved snap peas to the wok. Stir-fry the vegetables for 2-3 minutes, or until they are bright and crisp-tender. Be careful not to overcook them to retain their vibrant colors and textures.
- Pour the beef broth into the wok, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom. This will add extra flavor to your soup. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- While the broth is simmering, cook the rice noodles in a separate pot according to package instructions until they are just tender. Drain the noodles and add them to the wok.
- Return the browned beef to the wok. Stir in the soy sauce, and let the soup simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes. During this time, the flavors will meld together, and the beef will finish cooking in the broth.
- Taste the soup and adjust the seasoning if necessary. It should have a balanced flavor of soy, ginger, and the natural richness of the beef and vegetables.
