Ingredients

3 Avacados - Pitted and Sliced | 1 Clove Garlic |
Lime Juice from half a lime | 1 Jalapeño or Serrano Pepper |
1⁄4 Onion | Salt to taste |
1 Roma Tomato | Tortilla Chips |
1 Cup Cilantro | Cheese - Grated |
Directions
- Combine avacados, lime juice, onion, tomato, cilantro, garlic, jalapeño/serrano pepper and salt to a bowl and mix together with a fork.
- Set bowl aside
- Place desired amount of tortilla chips on bottom oberdome tray.
- Add desired amount of cheese on tortilla chips.
- Cover with lid.
- Bake at 450°F for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Once cheese has melted remove oberdome™ lid and set on trivets.
- Top nachos with freshly made guacamole.
