Ingredients:

• Firm tofu, pressed and sliced
• Whole wheat tortillas
• Mixed salad greens
• Carrots, julienned
• Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
• Cucumber, sliced
• Sesame ginger dressing

Instructions:

1. Marinate Tofu:

• Press tofu to remove excess water, then slice.
• Marinate tofu in sesame ginger dressing for at least 30 minutes.

2. Cook Tofu:

• Cook marinated tofu in a skillet until golden on both sides.

3. Assemble the Wrap:

• Lay a tortilla flat and add a layer of salad greens, julienned carrots, sliced bell pepper, and cucumber.
• Place cooked tofu in the center.

4. Wrap it Up:

• Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it into a wrap.
