3 Sweet Potatoes | 3 tbsp Brown Sugar |
4 tbsp Butter or Margarine | 1 cup Mini Marshmallows |
Directions
- Preheat oberdome to 450°F. Place Reversible Cooking rack on Bottom Pan in the High Position.
- Wash Sweet Potatoes and slice in half lenghtwise.
- Melt butter or margarine and mix with brown sugar.
- Use fork to punch holes on the face of each sliced sweet potato.
- Brush each sweet potato face with brown sugar & butter/margarine glaze.
- Bake sweet potatoes for 25 minutes. Place mini marshmallows on sweet potato face and bake for 4 more minutes.
- Remove from Reversible Baking Rack and enjoy!
