Wok-Steamed Seafood Tom Yum Soup - Transport your taste buds with our Wok-Steamed Seafood Tom Yum Soup! A harmonious blend of shrimp, squid, and fragrant herbs in a wok-steamed broth infused with lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and chili.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 1/2 lb squid, cleaned and sliced
• 6 cups chicken broth
• 2 stalks lemongrass, bruised
• 4 kaffir lime leaves
• 1 red chili, sliced
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• 3 tablespoons fish sauce
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• Fresh cilantro and Thai basil (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. In the wok, steam shrimp and squid until cooked; set aside.
2. Pour chicken broth into the wok and bring to a simmer.
3. Add lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and sliced chili.
4. Stir in cherry tomatoes, fish sauce, and lime juice.
5. Simmer until flavors meld.
6. Add steamed seafood to the wok.

Garnish with fresh cilantro and Thai basil before serving.
