With minimal effort and maximum taste, this dish is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a special occasion. Enjoy the enticing aroma and delightful taste of this simple yet elegant air fryer chicken recipe.

Depending on your Air Fryer oven size, you can roast the entire chicken or chicken pieces.

Ingredients:

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs or 2 bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped (or 2 teaspoons dried rosemary)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
  2. Place your chicken pieces in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure each piece is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for a few minutes.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Place the chicken pieces in the EaZy MealZ Air Fryer Basket, skin-side up.
  5. Air fry the chicken for about 25-30 minutes for thighs or 30-35 minutes for breasts, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy and browned. You may need to flip the chicken halfway through the cooking time for even browning.
  6. Once the chicken is done, remove it from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with extra fresh rosemary or lemon wedges if desired.

This recipe will give you an aromatic and savory flavor profile, enjoy!
